Hola chicas I know it’s July but with all the end of season sales, too many hot days in Houston and transitioning into fall trends being the talk in fashion I wanted to share a look I wore months ago and it’s based on a dress that can easily transition from summer to fall. Plus despite living in HOT Texas I LOVE the fall!!!
This is just a basic look focused on a dress which is a slight shade of oxblood, cinched at the waist with a little collar and zipper detail, add a cardigan, tights and booties and you have a look perfect for running errands or even going to work – just make sure it’s a day you can sit a lot the hem is a little high for my conservative office but that’s why you wear tights right? And the colors are perfectly muted for fall and simply paired for an effortless colorblocked look. The black band in the middle is simply a sash I added for separation the dress cinched at the waist but I prefer the wider sash to break it up a bit more. Think when I wear this look again I’ll add a beaded collar…excited just thinking about it.
