Hola chicas time for a quick tip. Today is all about creating a summer uniform for a go-to look when you’re keeping things casual. Living in Houston it almost always feels like summer but after May you have to find to stay fashionable despite the heat. I gave tips on summer work looks (read here) and today is all about the weekends and days when you are out of the office.
For awhile I was living in sheer tops and maxi skirts and why not it’s an easy look, very simple and keeps you cool and looking pulled together. Bonus points for opting to choose a sheer maxi dress with a short slip lining.
I swear by rompers – they are easy, comfortable, and come in a variety of styles from super casual to dressy. One step and you are out the door in no time to face the heat all while looking fab.
Of course it wouldn’t be summer without the perfect summer dress – strappy or strapless a cute lightweight dress will always keep you in style.
Forget the tank and jeans try something a little different switch the jeans for lightweight fabric pants, think wide legs or high-waisted tapered leg, give something different a try to keep you out of leggings or jeans.
