Hola chicas! Hope everyone had a great weekend and summer is here in Houston – the heat, the humidity and the swimming pools. I have been living in maxis, sheer pieces and rompers as much as possible to be comfortable and stylish in the rising temperatures.
I attended a Crop by David Peck trunk show last week at a beautiful residence in the Galleria area. I decided to wear my new staple of a sheer top and sheer maxi - it kept me cool and I kept my little ‘battle wound’ covered (it’s getting much better but I’m not a fan of showing it too much just yet).

I love unique, statement necklaces! I have worn quite a few…just seems to help complete the ensemble.
These are officially the shoe of the season! Zara ‘basic sandal’ is the best – 4 great colors, so chic, comfortable and affordable! You will be seeing more of this shoe in future posts…so stay tuned!

All dresses were sample sizes :( so I didn’t try them on but I’m in LOVE with the metallic dress.
